After you submit in the builder, our technical team prepares a detailed quote covering decoration, shipping and any extras. You usually get the quote by email within a few hours on business days.

After you approve the quote and pay the deposit, your order goes into production. We make it in our own cutting room, sewing room and embroidery in Poland - with full control over every stage.
We ship the finished order by courier across Poland and Europe. For larger orders, delivery in batches or collection in person is possible.

Yes - for series orders we can prepare a sample (prototype) with your embroidery or print. The sample cost is set individually and is usually credited toward the production order.
Standard turnaround is 7-14 working days from artwork approval and deposit. For large orders or complex projects it may be longer - we always let you know in advance.
Of course! You can configure several different products and add them to the quote cart. Our team prepares a combined quote for the whole order, including any volume discounts.
Yes, we issue a VAT invoice for every order. We serve companies, institutions and individual clients. For business orders, please provide invoice details when you submit your inquiry.
