Our sewing room is the heart of SkyUp Brandwear production - where clients’ concepts take real shape.
We have a full technical setup for complete production - from sportswear to promotional and event apparel. A modern machine park, experience in technical sewing and a team of experts let us create products tailored to our partners’ needs.
Our technical base relies on industrial machines from renowned brands such as Juki and Brother, which guarantees precision, reliability and high repeatability - regardless of order size. We also have specialised machines:
- Auto-lap machines for precise fabric joining
- Automats for stitching pockets and plackets on polo shirts
- Automats for sewing in collars and stand-up collars, ensuring repeatability and high-quality finishing
Computerised embroidery
Embroidery is an elegant and durable form of branding that we use to create bold, professional results.
We embroider both on finished products and on cut panels - depending on the project. We embroider on t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, caps and bags, in cotton and technical fabrics alike. We handle orders of all sizes, always with attention to detail and deadlines.

Screen printing
Screen printing is one of the oldest and most effective print techniques, transferring bold designs onto a variety of surfaces. We specialise in screen printing on apparel, fabrics and knits, delivering durable, attractive prints resistant to repeated washing, abrasion and the elements.
We handle both small and large runs. Screen printing reproduces even the most complex graphics, offering intense, lasting colours on a wide range of products: t-shirts, polos, hoodies, jackets, caps and bags - cotton, jute and polypropylene. We also print on cotton and polyester cut panels.
With plastisol inks we deliver intense colours and resistance to repeated washing, moisture and mechanical damage. We also use water-based and discharge inks and specialist techniques: 3D, Puff, gel, glitter, glow-in-the-dark and reflective prints. Up to 12 print colours, including multi-colour separations. Max print area: 50×65 cm on light fabrics, 39×55 cm on dark.
Druk DTF / DTG
DTF stands for Direct to Film - the design is printed on a special film by a digital printer, then transferred to the fabric with a heat press that activates the adhesive layer on the print.
One of the most popular apparel branding techniques is DTG digital print, which reproduces even the finest details with exceptional precision. We print using machines from the world-renowned Kornit brand - guaranteeing an excellent reproduction of virtually any design.

Sublimation printing
Sublimation is a modern technique in which ink is applied as a gas that penetrates the fibres of the fabric. The print becomes an integral part of the material, delivering vivid, intense colours resistant to fading, abrasion and repeated washing.
We use this technology mainly on light polyester fabrics and blends, which absorb sublimation inks best, ensuring durability and colour saturation. Sublimation lets us print the entire surface of apparel panels, bags, towels, blankets and other accessories, tailored to each client’s needs.
Sublimation is the ideal solution for anyone looking for a modern, durable way to personalise products with a full colour range and precise detail - especially for sportswear and accessories.
Finishing and packing
On request we offer individual packing of the ordered apparel to protect it from soiling. Beyond standard packing, we also provide extras such as hangtags, barcodes, polybag labels and other identification elements required in logistics and retail.
